United States police arrests immigrants who seeked for lawful asylum
They say they were shackled and strip-searched. Forced to wear prison uniforms. Confined to cells "for 22 hours per day."
Not inmates -- immigrants seeking lawful asylum. But instead, they say they were sent to a prison and treated like criminals.
